Why shops are acting now

E-commerce services sold to consumers in the EU are in scope of the EAA. Microenterprises (under 10 staff and up to €2M turnover) are exempt for services.

You don't know where you stand

Most owners have never seen their store tested with a keyboard or against WCAG criteria. You need a clear starting point.

Full audits are slow and heavy

Traditional audits take weeks and involve long calls. You need an actionable list your developer can start on this week.

You need evidence, not promises

A dated report, fix log and accessibility statement show you took concrete steps toward compliance.

How it works

No calls required. You send a URL, we send the evidence.

We test your key journeys

FAQ

Does this make my shop legally compliant?

No report alone can guarantee legal compliance. The Evidence Pack shows where you stand against WCAG 2.1 AA (the technical benchmark referenced by EN 301 549) and what to fix. It is not legal advice.

Is my shop in scope of the EAA?

E-commerce services offered to EU consumers are generally in scope. Microenterprises providing services (fewer than 10 employees and annual turnover or balance sheet up to €2M) are exempt. Check national law, e.g. the Polish act of 26 April 2024.

How do you test?

Automated checks against WCAG 2.1 AA rules plus a manual keyboard-only walkthrough of a real purchase path up to (not including) payment.

Do you need access to my admin?

No for Basic and Premium. For VIP fix implementation we work via a pull request, a theme copy, or a staff account you create and can revoke.

What is a "real fix"?

A concrete issue on your live site that fails a WCAG 2.1 AA success criterion, with the location and a recommended change.

Which languages?

Reports in English or Polish; accessibility statements in EN, PL, DE.
